• The first night's accommodation may be pre-booked, if required (Not applicable to Game Lodges & South African National Parks Rest camps).

• From the second night ensure that all bookings are made between 72 & 24 hours prior to arrival at selected accommodation.

• To avoid possible disappointment, when requesting accommodation availability please state at the time of your request that you are traveling on Free & Easy Vouchers.

• Credit card details will be requested as a room guarantee.

• There is no minimum or maximum stay restriction.

• On arrival at selected accommodation a single standard voucher (room only), must be handed over.

• All extras such as, child supplements, extra beds, meals and services must be settled directly with the establishment.

• The availability of triple and family rooms is limited and must be confirmed with the individual establishment.

• One child sharing with one adult will be charged the adult price.

• Child policy varies from property to property.

• If the pre-booked first night's stay is amended after confirmation, R100 administration fee will be levied.

• 100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows.

• Lost vouchers are not refundable.
