Botswana - Okavango Delta Safari
Jacana - African Safari – detailed itinerary

This is the highest quality "camping safari" in Botswana. The safari offers a combination of cross country drives and light aircraft transfers to access the best areas of northern Botswana.
Accommodation consists of a pre-erected tented camp in the Chobe River area, and small permanent tented camps in the Okavango Delta and Linyanti that are booked exclusively for our groups.
A unique feature of this safari is that many nights are spent in private concessions far from the public in superb game country where night drives and off-road driving are permitted.
All meals are included except for lunch and dinner in Victoria Falls. Local drinks are included in Botswana. Guests are limited to eight and a guide accompanies the safari.
In order to ensure that you always have truly life changing journeys, we update our safari offerings and itineraries on a regular basis to take into account changing conditions on the ground.

Xigera Makoro and Walking Trails – detailed itinerary

There is no better way to experience the Okavango than to travel through it by mokoro, walk and camp out on its remote islands.
Xigera is set right in the heart of the Okavango Delta and the trail starts soon after you land at the airstrip (arrivals should be no later than 12h00) and meet up with your BaYei guides.
After a short drive to the starting point and a safety talk, we board the mokoro's and set off into the wilderness. The group is always accompanied by a senior guide and the trips run every three days from mid May to the end of October to fit in with the rise and fall of the annual flood.
We stop along the way during the day to walk and explore. The tents are specially designed with the top made out of netting so one does not lose the feeling of sleeping out under the stars but is still safe and secure tucked up for the night in comfortable bedrolls.

Dear Martin,
Everything went
perfect. All the guides are nice, friendly and punctual. The
organization of the whole tour was impeccable.
Both Lebala and
Lagoon camps deserve good reviews on their own. All stuff are
professional, friendly, organized. Food is great! I personally
loved Lebala camp more as it is a bit more luxurious. My husband
on the other hand preferred Lagoon camp as it is more basic,
stands right on the river and has less mosquitoes!
Hotel Royal
Livingstone is wonderful with extremely service-ready and friendly
staff, falls are great, and the helicopter tour is beyond any
imagination.
So, dear Martin
thanks once again for organizing such a lovely trip for us.
Greetings from
Vienna!
Nelly
